As a neurodivergent individual myself, I understand both the challenges and incredible strengths we possess, and how transformative it is to work with our neurodivergent selves rather than against them.

I've navigated emotional regulation, sensory overwhelm, workplace dynamics, and relationship complexities—experiences that inform every aspect of how I coach.
